- Happy Valley City ParkPosted on: 2007-05-14One of the Cities most popular parks, Happy Valley Park, is a family friendly park with walking trails, play structures and lots of covered/non-covered picnic areas available year round. The hub of the park is our Pavilion that is available for rent. This is used for concerts in the park, weddings and an array of other events.

- Damascus/Boring Concept PlanPosted on: 2006-08-10The cities of Damascus and Happy Valley, Clackamas County, Metro and the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT), with the assistance of a 26-member Advisory Committee and area citizens, developed the Damascus/Boring Concept Plan. The plan is a vision for development of the 12,000 acres of the Damascus, Boring and east Happy Valley communities that were brought into the region's Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) in 2002.
